Our exhaust systems are designed around stock configurations. If your motorcycle has modifications such as Lowered Suspension, Shocks, or Aftermarket Saddlebags, the exhaust system may not work as intended.
- Performance increases are about 8 to 10 percent on stock motors but may very with built motors with the proper tune on the bike.
- Perforated Wrapped and Perofrated Baffles are for 116″ to 131″ motors
- 1995-2006 Boarzilla comes with 18mm O2 bungs for the stock 02 sensors that comes on the bike.
- All 1995-2008 Touring models require tuning with our exhaust.
- The length of the system with the muffler is too short to use with Extended bag. We offer extended length muffler for bikes that have stretch bags. We will send a special order form to fill out. There is a upcharge of $250.00 per muffler. Call Sales office 817-834-8961

- Blueing and Discoloration are caused by Improper Tuning and will not be covered under Warranty
- D&D Performance Exhaust Systems are designed for close course racing applications only. Not for use on pollution controlled vehicles.

Before shipment, all ordered items will be thoroughly inspected. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours. The expected delivery time will be between 3-7 days.
Returns
The stock is dynamic and we cannot completely manage it because many parties are involved, which includes our factory and warehouse. The actual stock can be changed at any time. You may not receive your order after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts for thirty days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.
Your item should be in the original packaging and in good condition. It must also not be used. The item must be in the original packaging.
